Click this and a dialog box comes up with three tabs:
Reference lets you select which attribute names or types are used for references
Target lets you select which attribute names or types are used for identifiers
Configure lets you configure the XML or SGML DTD and Catalog to use.

Select one or more files, click this button and then select from one of the following options on the popup menu.
Show All - for each
distinct reference value. Click on a reference to see which file the
reference appeared in and the XPath of each reference.
Show Duplicates -
for each distinct reference value where the reference occurs more than
once within the same file. Click on a reference to see the files that
the reference appeared in and the XPath of each reference.
Show Duplicates in Files
- for each distinct reference value where the reference occurs more
than once in the selected files. Click on a reference to see the files
that the reference appeared in and the XPath of each reference.
Show Unmatched - for
each distinct reference value where the reference does not seem to have
a matching identifier in the same file. Click on a reference to see
the files that the reference appeared in and the XPath of each reference.
Show Unmatched in Files
- for each distinct reference value where the reference does not seem
to have a matching identifier in any of the currently selected file.
Click on a reference to see the files that the reference appeared in
and the XPath of each reference.
Set Collection - to
remember a wider range of files.
Show Unmatched in Collection - for each distinct reference value where the reference does not seem to have a matching identifier in any of the files in the collection
